There are many moments I just sit in amazement as I look back over our journey…the Lord has moved mountains for us time and time again. How exciting that He has so cared for us and given to us as a father longs to give to his children…to see the joy in their eyes as they receive the blessing bestowed upon them. The step of faith in the beginning was “scary”…with the unknowns, stepping out of comfort zones…the waiting…and yet, I would do it all again. Why? Because we have seen amazing things…I’m so thrilled to be safe-guarded in my Father’s hands…knowing He goes before me and lights my way. There is no better “insurance policy” than that.
My heart is nigh unto bursting with love and gratitude for His love for me…not only did He provide a way for my soul to be spared, but He gives us good things along the way…there is no greater joy than to be a child of the King…I stand amazed…

So, I can share now one of the wonderful blessings that have come our way. It was important that my boss handle things on her end before I told…
I have been offered a K4 position!! Why is this so exciting? Well, because my girl will be coming home soon and I need the time to bond with her. Taking this position allows me to work only until 12 noon as well as have a condsiderably lighter load paper work and lesson plan wise. I will be able to get her as soon as my kiddos are gone and then either work in my room or take her on home for lunch until the boys get out at 3. At that point, I should be done with paperwork, and will be able to focus on the boys’ homework.
This will be the next best thing to staying home. We are so thrilled to see God working in such ways as we could have never imagined!! I tell you….what a journey!!
Keep praying…we hope to have some more news to share in the next couple of weeks.

I thought it would be fun to post some more pictures that I have taken recently. I’m taking some of them to make a book for Annalise; we’ll leave it with her in order to allow her to see our faces and our home so she will “recognize” them when she sees us and them. Some are just silly pictures of the boys along with some of them with their rockets. The cake is the anniversary cake Brent gave me to celebrate 14 years. There is a picture of our regional paperwork, less about 5 documents, and one of Annalise’s room too. So…enjoy…

…it is so exciting for the Lord to answer those petitions we bring to Him, as well as those we hold in our hearts, yet never utter…He is so good. ;o)

Can’t give any details yet, but was so excited to share we are seeing God move in wonderful ways…

I noted again that it had been a while since I last updated. I have been so busy reading everyone else’s blog. ;o)
We are hoping to hear word about a referral sometime in August…we’ll see. We have been encouraged to see the things the Lord continues to bring our way. He makes it so obvious to us that He is working and moving. We are so thankful for His goodness and the peace He has brought to us over so many things.
We were able to get quite a bit of our paperwork completed and sent off. Hooray! It totaled 93 pages, and that was with about 5 documents missing, which had already been sent off to our region. Then, we had to make 2 copies of it all! It was quite thick by the time we were ready to mail it. But, alas, it is off and on its way. We are praying for it to arrive safely to it’s destination. Yes, I did pray for my mail…even in the little things…
I’m enjoying our summer…it has been rather mild considering the time of year, plus having time off with the boys. I work on Monday, and fill in every now and again at the camp. It helps the days go faster. We are anticipating the time when we will get “the call”…
We did get news that our family coordinator will be taking a job elsewhere…that was kind of sad…but I know the Lord is still in control…and the one filling her shoes will be prepared. We have been praying the transition will go smoothly.
Well, that is about all for now.

Yay…it is July, time is movin’. And guess what? This is my 101rst post!! I had hoped to catch it at the 100th, but guess I didn’t pay attention.
We just got the last of the paper work we needed for now for our Region. We have one more step and that is to have it apostilled. Once that is done, we will send the packet to our family coordinator for her to double check and then off to Russia it goes…ready for our region.
I’m praising the Lord too that I’ve had a heads up and have been able to work on the paper work for a while rather than have to get it within a few week’s time…the Lord knew I’d end up stressin’.
